Look closely at the image – there is white dots all over it to resemble powdered cocaine. A few different batches of these shirts and tank-tops were made in the very early 1990s. No C.A. logo was put on the shirts, but they were used as a fundraising item for C.A. of Utah. It was a parody of the soda pop advertising campaign that was popular at the time.
