First meeting OCCA was Tuesday April 12th 1983 at the Newport Alano club and was called, the “Upstairs meeting” held upstairs at the club. The following day, April 13th 1983 in the same room, was the Step Study meeting Upstairs.
Recognized as an Area at the February 8, 9, 1986, 1st World Services Conference, San Diego, California and was one of 16 C.A. Areas represented at the 1st World Services Conference.
