This shirt was made as a pre-convention fundraiser for a convention that never happened.
The New York Area was planning to host the 2021 CAWS Convention before the COVID-19 Pandemic changed everything. The 2020 CAWS Convention in Austin was postponed to 2021, with the hope that New York could host the Convention in 2022. Then, the 2021 Convention was postponed to 2022 and the New York City hotel contract was cancelled. The Convention did eventually take place in Austin, TX, in 2023.
