Orange County & San Diego are two separate areas. I wonder if Orange County had a convention down in the San Diego area. Or maybe it was a Pacific South Region can convention that Orange County an San Diego we’re both involved with ? not sure… I’ve heard of people talk of this convention with this name I never heard dates are locations I will investigate further.
