*Note: Ray G., is present at almost EVERY GS, Board of Directors and WSOB, and WSBT meetings throughout 1983, 1984, 1985, 1986, 1987, 1988, 1989, 1990, 1991, 1992, 1993, til Sept of 1994. During which time, Ray worked tirelessly on C.A. structure and by-laws, national directories, matters legal and financial and was a vital liaison between the WSOB and WSBT.
May 17, 1983 GSO Minutes – Ray is one month sober and is elected Office Manager. Ray will be in charge of meeting directory distribution and updating. Ray will continue to call the members who were absent from meetings. We will reimburse him for his telephone expenses.
April 3, 1984 GS Monthly Meeting Minutes – Ray G. explained the concept of World Services and discussed progress on investigating N.A.’s and A.A.’s organizations. He said that there are 3 parts to the organization: World Service Office, Board of Trustees, and Conference. He feels that the creation of the Board of Trustees should be looked into initially. He mentioned that the C.A. G.S.O. is currently acting as the C.A. World Services.
June 12, 1984 – GS Board Meeting Minutes – The 3 directors signed the articles: Gil Mosko, Ray G., and Johnny Segal. Mitch will file the Articles,
July 25, 1984 – GSB Minutes – Ray G. is elected President of the Officers of C.A. World Services. Ray G. is elected Vice-Chairman of the Board.
Aug 7, 1984 GS Monthly Meeting – Ray is GSR of the Monday Pomona Group and GSR to the Thursday Pasadena Group.
June 27, 1985 WS Board of Directors Meeting Minutes – Ray emphasized that the purpose of the board of directors is to uphold the twelve traditions. Ray is one of four signers on the accounts along with Richard L. Neil B., and Jennifer R.
February 9, 1986 Conference Minutes – Ray G. is Chairman of the Structure and Bylaws Committee.
July 2, 1986 Conference Minutes – A Motion was made to accept Ray and Johnny as our current Trustees. The motion was seconded and carried. Johnny and Ray interviewed the proposed slate of nominated Trustees.
September 27-28, 1986 WSBT Meeting Minutes – Ray is Chairperson of the WSBT. Ray G. to make contact with the Regional Trustee of AA to speak with the C.A. Board of Trustees. Ray works with WSO for logo registration and service trademark including Hope, Faith, & Courage. Ray continues chairing the Structure and By-Laws Committee.
January 17-18, 1987 WSBT Meeting Minutes – Ray, as Chair of Structure and By-Laws adds District and Area explanations and a description of the WSO and WSBT. Ray adapts the NA Guide to Service and and AA Service Manual “GSO” Chapter to C.A.
March 19-20, 1987 WSBT Meeting Minutes – Ray continues work on Trustee’s Structure.
July 3, 1987 WSBT Minutes – Ray acts as liaison to the World Service Office. Ray continues as the Chairperson for the WSBT.
November 11-12, 1987 WSBT Minutes – Ray and Reggie work on issues regarding copyrights of the C.A. name and use.
November 13, 1987 Conference Minutes – Ray G.’s motion that THE COMPLETE TEXT OF CONCEPT NUMBER 12 BE INCLUDED IN THE MINUTES was passed. Ray G. gave the chairperson’s Trustee report. He reports on structural and corporate changes since the last conference. A new corporation, “Cocaine Anonymous World Service Office, Incorporated”, has been formed to handle the business end of the fellowship. It’s duties and responsibilities were briefly explained.
May 14-15, 1988 WSBT Meeting Minutes – Ray G. and Bob L. work with three sub-committees formed to develop map for areas of U.S. Attempting to outline and describe what constitutes an area. Hope to have material out to the fellowship next month. Also working on formula for re-election dates, length of terms of trustees.
August 14, 1988 Conference Minutes – Ray G. was unanimously re-elected as Chairperson of the World Service Board of Trustees.
February 25-26, 1989 WSBT Meeting Minutes – Ray G. Continues as WSBT Chairman and is the Trustee for Pacific South Region.
April 28-30, 1989 WSBT Meeting Minutes – Ray suggested combining both publications (Newsgram and the Connection) to make one good paper that would include the existing types of information as well as a WSO report and financial reports.
June 22, 1989 WSOB Minutes – Ray, Reggie and Helene are working on WSO guidelines, job descriptions, procedures and suggested ways to conduct board meetings.
August 13-15, 1989 – WSBT Quarterly Meeting Minutes – Ray has made 210 phone calls since the last Trustee’s meeting and has attended 16 meetings including regional meetings. Not as many calls are being redirected to him from WSO. Some concern was expressed over the fellowship not knowing how to contact the Trustees. Ray is redirecting calls to the appropriate Trustee. Approximately 3 times as many phone calls are being received. People want to know how to contact the Trustees and Ray suggested putting out a phone list to the delegates.
August 16, 1989 Conference Minutes – Ray G. (Chairman): Extended a welcome to all members and gave a general definition of the responsibilities and scope of the World Service Board of Trustees (WSBOT), explained that they are the guardians of the 12 Traditions and the administrators of the World Service Office (WSO). He leads the Trustee meetings, serves as the Arizona Convention Committee Trustee and directs the other Trustees with the resolution of problems as they arise around the country.

August 25-27, 1991 Conference Minutes – Ray distributed the following report and asked that it be included in the minutes. He also distributed his farewell letter thanking the Trustees for letting him be of service. Ray stated he feels one of the Trustee’s biggest job is to stimulate their conference committees. If any Trustee feels he cannot fulfill this responsibility, then it might be wise to consider resigning and letting someone else handle it. This is very important. Be proud of what we are doing in serving the Fellowship.
August 28, 1991 Conference Minutes – Ray G. in his final Trustee Report, expressed gratitude for the opportunity to serve as a Trustee and introduced the newly elected Trustee Chairperson, Jack P.

September 3, 2015 Conference Minutes – CAWS Archives received donations and materials from Bob L., Ray G., Bob C., Steve A. and many other members continue to send their materials to the WSO for entry to the archives.
July 2019 – July 22, 2021 – Ray G. and Frank P. present, via the Virtual ZOOM platform, the Early History of Cocaine Anonymous at various C.A. meetings and events around the world.
July 22, 2021 – Ray G. passes on and leaves a rich and wonderful C.A. legacy to posterity of Cocaine Anonymous and all its members.
